The work of contract U230 includes approximately 3,800 LF of segmentally lined twin-bored tunnels using pressurized face Tunnel Boring Machines. This is taking place between Capitol Hill Station and Pine Street Stub Tunnel. KLB is a subcontractor and is performing the Excavation of the Box Tunnel for this project.
