Work is located at two separate sites approximately 11 miles east of Moses Lake, Washington in Grant County. Work is for constructing Weber Branch Siphon and Weber Coulee Siphon barrels. Principle features of work include removal of water, diversion and care of Weber Coulee during construction, earthwork for siphons, earthwork for structures, earthwork for roads,constructing and removing Road U NE detour, constructing monolithic cast-in-place concrete siphons, constructing cast-in-place concrete blowoff structures, furnishing and installing metalfabrications, furnishing and installing steel pipe, and furnishing and installing valves.
