KLB Construction is working as a Prime Contractor for this City of Everett project.

This project is the last of a series of three sewer replacement projects in the northwest corner of the Port Gardner Neighborhood (Rucker Hill). This project replaces approximately 7,400 linear feer of deteriorated combined sewer mains, manholes and storm drainage systems plus replacement of approximately 135 residential side sewer connections. Most street and alley restoration consists of full-width pavement with new curbs and sidewalks.

The estimated construction cost is $4.7 million.
